Showed up for my appointment. It took 10 minutes for a service advisor to get to me. When looking in the service advisor stations I see all advisers on their cell phones. I waited for my car to get done. It took an 1 1/2 to get done which is on time. I looked and saw my car pulling out of the service the parked and ready to go. So my car was sitting there for 10 minutes after it was done and looked over and my service advisor didn’t even come over. So he took off maybe to go on break. 10 more minutes went by nothing from any service advisor to let me know my car was done. I had finally to go up to the advisor station and ask an different advisor for my car. If i didn’t go and get my car i probably would have sat in the waiting area for another 45min. Would have been nice to put in place that advisors would let other advisor later know that peoples cars can possibly be done when they go on break. So the customer doesn’t have to wait.

Mike Tran is an amazing Service Advisor. He always looks out for his customers like they are family. He always greets us with a smile and keeps us up to date on the service being performed. This is our 4th Toyota we have purchased and serviced by Piercey.... there are 2 reasons we return to Piercey....
