You don't allow appointments after 2pm. I arrived at 1:45 for the latest possible appointment. My car was finally taken back for service at 3:45pm. I lost 3 hours of work and waited for 2 hours for my "free" Toyota care that isn't free for me. I will not longer be using your services.

Your live chat lady on Saturday kept getting confused and online appointments were incorrect. First online appointment was the next day. When I called I was able to receive a same day appointment. Also your website says service opens at 7 A.M. where as it opens at 8. I did appreciate Chris Wilson’s text follow up and the attached coupon. Improvements can really be made in your online service. Ultimately your live chat representative should be able to make immediate service appointments while having access to up to the second information. Management needs to really keep on top of improving online customer service by making it user friendly and accurate. This should be a constant focus!

All the service was great! Thanks Ricardo for amazing customer service! I was really upset because my rental car was really dirty. It still had a vase and charger from the last person who used it and the floor was dirty with fries and napkins. With the virus I was really upset because I have kids and you guys did not clean the car before you gave it to me and that was so disappointing to me. I did let the employee know and he said oh sorry about that. I just want you guys to be safe with the virus going on.

I was given a total amount for the repair. I’d appreciate some explanation on the materials and labor charges up front. I was surprised by the labor charge being $2400 for replacing two sensors and 4 struts. On hind sight, I should have asked the question and understand how the labor is charged.
Other than the business process, Patel was courteous, knowledgeable, and communicated well. Great help for the service.
