My vehicle was ready and I didn’t receive any text nor did Brady come inform me. I sat there waiting until I finally got fed up and asked another associate to find out if I can go with my car. I don’t know if he left for lunch or to do something else but this isn’t the experience I was expecting. A call isn’t going to do anything maybe some courtesy training would do well.

I was satisfied with Brady’s individual service. However, I was very dissatisfied with the service done on my truck and the loaner car service. I came in for an oil change and fuel safety recall on Sat , 2/13 and didn’t get my truck back until Wed 2/17. This is due to the service engineer failure to remove the fuel reservoir assembly and in the process breaking some parts. This causes an inconvenience for my family and I, as we have to make multiple trip to the dealership.
