I always feel like Piercey Toyota takes care of their customers. Krishnan Sharma made me feel as though he cared about me as a customer, and my car. I have been to other Toyota dealerships in the bay area, and have never received the quality of service that I've received at Piercey over the years. I moved to the Santa Cruz Mountains two years ago and still come to Piercey for service. Keep up the good work.. It's appreciated!

I would consider Raymond a prime example of what every customer would want when they have to bring in their vehicle for service. He’s knowledgeable of the customers vehicle service record.
