I took my car in for 11,000 miles maintenance and I was very disappointed because I don’t know if the maintenance was even done or done properly since they didn’t even take the time to reset the maintenance prompt on my car. I would think that is something standard and simple to do. I take my car to the dealership because I think even if it’s pricier at times it great services before I would take my car and it would be serviced and cleaned.. this time the even the service is questionable.. I was very disappointed.
