I scheduled in line for a simple oil change . Arrived early thought I would wait as described when I scheduled was advised likely an hour and half wait . Was provided a way back to work. It was well after noon that I recieved a call car ready. Had to find my own way back to get car . Paid for it. And then waited 35 minutes for someone to bring the car to service lane . Found oil stains on visor near service label . Frustrated. Never saw service adviser nor got any response to the Text messages sent to me . Found air filter not checked nor advised I needed one .I found it very dirty after I inspected myself . Want you to know also the car has a 4 year old batter that if they would have looked or checked it would have found it at 50 % capacity. If you would have inspected and checked Inwould gave purchased a battery and air filter . Sorry. Very disappointed. And will not be returning. Thank you. Jeff
