I haven’t liked the advisor’s surly attitude. Also I haven’t liked him lecturing me on how often I should service my vehicle, especially putting a note about that in the service order. The communication to me about vehicle service progress was. scarce. Overall, the service seems to be complete, no need to contact me further.

Promised to have vehicle completed in 2 hours. Took 4 hours for a simple oil change and alignment. Wasnt tild of the delay until I asked why it was taking so lomg. Service over the last 2 years has been declining. I am always tried to get upsold for services I dont need and am frustrated with that. Pep Boys can provide better service for a much lower price. Very very dissatisfied and will probably not bring my truck back for service ever again even with a free service the service manager gave me. I will never purchase a vehicle from Piercy because the sales managers are lying garbage and now I have lost trust with the service manager.
