Customer service was not at the top.. gave him my information was told to wait, once my car was ready all he did was hand me a copy of what they did. And didn’t even bother to explain but continue with.. you can sign the paper work at the register... my dad has been helped at the same dealership by Marvin I believe and he gave a complete satisfactory! After everything was done with my dads car he went on explaining what was done and he could do on his next visit.. hence why I came to get a simple oil change, because of Marvin! but instead I was helped by a guy that I didn’t even catch his name because he didn’t even tell me his name and was only on a piece of paper.. next time I would rather do a walk in and wait for Marvin or do an appointment with him. Oil change was fine but since I didn’t get the proper help I wasn’t even able to ask if they also filled up the coolant and water.

I spent the time at Toyota trying to get car smogged no success monitors not ready. Isnt this place test and repair, and does this place smog new cars? At least offer to inspect and fix and pre-test for a discounted package.

We were denied a flat repair to rf tire on my wife's vehicle by service tech, and manager Mike martinez... The punctured both claimed it was outside its crown. After contact w Pierce toyota the screw licked air much more rapid ly and had to do an emergency fix. After revisited with CA DOT guideline on punctured tires I found out the rule to be I was right... Today is my first time in service with Mike Tran.
Walter Yamamoto used to be my service agent for years and he just retired.
Mike is professional and courteous.
One minor thing that bothers me: Why Piercey Toyota do not provide a car wash for over 2 years now??? Milpitas is no longer lacking of water.
My Lexus 350 RX serviced at Stevens Creek Lexus service station near the SJ Airport received a good wash and the inside clean up, too.

I thought the alarm will go on or bip when some one is around and it only goes on when i open door through inside whwn i leave alarm on or lock it. I really regreat spending almost $800 on alarm i was never told new rav4s are hard to be stolen because the way they r build now. Wish i can get a refund
