Purval was very knowledgeable and explained every thing that needed to be done on my car. He worked with the team at Pierce Toyota to complete the work days sooner than expected by working with another local dealer to get some of the parts needed. I appreciate his efforts and the team at Pierce Toyota. They have been servicing my Prius since I purchased it from them over 10 years ago.

After my last oil change your tech had forgotten to put the oil cap back and due to that the oil sprayed all over the inside, it was corrected at the dealership and I was told that I’ll get 2 complimentary oil changes but I got charged for that, also I did not get the call back that my car is ready for pickup today, I’m so glad I decided to just go and find out otherwise I would have been without the car until Monday.

Jazz denied battery warranty claim saying the installed battery was a warranty claim replacement even though it did not last 84 months. I had a new battery but wanted to charge me $50 for installation. I had to install it myself in the Toyota parking lot.

Manager never called or texted me back about my concern. Was told by the rep that I did not need to reserve a loaner car. Especially since I had a notice saying it was covered. Bad customer service. Had to pay for a Lyft where I should not have. Thank you. Dan
