Thoroughly dissatisfied with today’s service. We scheduled a simple smog check, then requested an oil change. Next thing you know we’re being asked to replace many different fluids in addition to other services. Then we have to take out another sunbit loan for about $500. So it turned into $100 service with maybe an hour wait time turn it to $500 in three hours. We feel like you were charged and sold on services that we did not need at this time. We do understand our cars older and possibly every time we bring it in something needs to be fixed or replaced. You don’t miss it had the moneyDuring these times when finances are stretched thin. We thought the entire morning and how we were up sold on everything was ridiculous. We trust Toyota and that’s why we went through with it. But do not expect us to come back anytime soon. After today being up charged for the number of things we can take our services elsewhere going forward.

This guy bull **** me while signing me up for the service. Then the service manager partnered with him and pied too. Pierce Toyota has serviced my car every time since I bought the car but today I am appalled with his behavior and the service manager Mike colluding with him. Both these 2 need to be fired for trying to cheat me.
