Brady did an excellent job. I told him about the problem and he was able to pinpoint it after he did a test drive. He was also honest and didn't try to upsell me.

Tried telling me what I needed for my vehicle. Was told I needed to get an alignment for my wheels when I obviously didn’t and insisted I needed to get it done since he said he couldn’t find the last time I did it. I persisted and then finally found out I indeed got the work done not that long ago. Honestly shouldn’t be an advisor. I just felt like all the workers were shoving down things down my throat. That and the service to my car was subpar. When the wheels got rotated they forgot to screw in the air caps and I saw they detached the keys from my lanyard and I had to go ask where they put it. Overall the worst experience I’ve had getting an oil change so far.
