My car was ready before the estimated time and Brady called me to let me know. He informed me that my service was paid by Toyota. Brady was very helpful and made my service experience pleasant.

Mr. Brady was not professional with me at all. I came in for my 5K mileage maintenance check and was briefly explained of the services that were to be done. Once the total bill was said, I questioned why it was higher than I expected. Mr. Brady explained it was due to the recommended engine flush after crossing 100k miles but did not consider to ask if I wanted to add on the service or politely recommended the service. I asked to step away to call my Dad regarding the services and I decided not to add the service as it would be done elsewhere.
Mr. Brady then felt it was appropriate to tell me “As long as you know you’re not fully maintaining your vehicle that’s totally fine by me.” I don’t believe his comment was appropriate and it made me feel as if he was disappointed I was not getting that specific service done. Towards the end of the conversation he said my vehicle would be done in 2 hours. He did not have manners in informing me if he will reach out to via text or call. I had to inquire how will I know when my vehicle was ready.
When I returned to pick up my vehicle, he printed out my paper work and sent me straight to the cashier and told me there was where I would make my payment. He didn’t care to explain what was done to my vehicle, what the recommendations were, etc. if fluids were topped off, i basically just read everything off the paper.
The reason I have an issue with this is because I have been to a Toyota Dealer called Longo Toyota where they are very well mannered and ask if I would like to include the recommended services. They are kind and make me feel welcomed at the dealer. Additionally, because I do not know anything about what recommended it is explained and suggested before it is added to my total bill. After I arrive to pick my car up Toyota Longo reps explain what was done, and recommendations to keep my vehicle up to par. Additionally, they ask if I need a ride to my location or if I will be waiting until my vehicle is picked up. My experience was horrible and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone I know or to even be cautious about Mr. Brady.

Mike checked me in before my appointment time, estimated when my car would be done and it was delivered 40 minutes early. I asked about the coffee that is usually provided and Mike offered a cup from the break room and delivered it to me. Similar service has always been extraordinary at Piercey and that’s why I am driving my 3rd Avalon all purchased at Piercey. Great job Mike!
