Miguel went above and beyond to resolve A/C repairs for my camey hybrid. He consulted with the mechanic on the repairs, made sure all parts were available and provided excellent price and turnaround. Miguel also made sure that my car was in “good hands” and kept me informed of repair and answered any questions I had. When I picked up my car it was clean and A/C is running beautifully. 10:40am apt time. Eta completion time 2:30pm. Finished car service oil change at 4:00pm. Viet Bach service was excellent. Hispanic male who helped service us did not communicate why delays occurred. No apology for delays and would have preferred renting a car to return instead of waiting 5-6 hours for an oil change. Overall disappointed with experience this time.
