I made appointment to service my car and it took me more than 3 hours just to do a normal service. The reason given to me is that you have a lot of cars to service on Saturday. If you do not have enough technician, why want to take in so many appointments on Saturday? My appointment was 10 am. When I left at 1.10 pm, I overheard, the front desk told the customer who has just checked in, the service will take 1 hour. Why mine took more than 3 hours. Is really not fair for me to spent so long waited there and do nothing. After I picked up my car and left at 1.15 pm, someone called me from Toyota at 1.42 pm and told me that my car is ready for pickup.

But if he can explain more in detail for the 95K service in each single item, it will be better.
I suggest Toyota should be put 95K service item on the webpage, customer will be more clear for each single detail. Please Put estimate cost when reverse the service online.

After replaced a recall gas pump and oil change during driving home my vehicle
start smoke and shaking . I bring back to Toyota Service and found out they put to much oil???? I not happy at this service.
