The CSR (Mike Tran) at Milpitas Pierced called me at about 9am today to state that my car service was complete. I requested the courtesy vehicle be sent to my home between 12-1pm, as I had an important client work meeting at 2pm, which he agreed to set up. The app showed the arrival was at 12:18pm but when it was 12:25 pm and no sign of the courtesy vehicle, I called the service center, only to be advised that they would pick me up 'some later', after they finished the existing drop off / pick ups and there was no time range they could guarantee. The courtesy vehicle only arrive at 1:30pm and I ended up taking the client meeting from the parking lot of the service center at 2pm which was extremely inconvenient. Also after I paid the service charges at the billing center, I had some questions about the service. When i went to the desk of Mike Tran, he was nowhere to be found. I had to wait for 20 minutes even though he was paged twice by his co-workers. I am extremely frustrated and deeply dissatisfied with the service. I have been coming to this service center for my Pruis for almost 6 years and this is the first time I have experienced a very disappointing treatment. I will likely discontinue to give business to this location
