I verified the Invoice and found there were unnecessary service done. The car only covered 23,992 miles and paying service $650 is not worth ($480 for labor & $154.52 for parts). Throttle Body Service ideally needed after 75,000 miles. Brake Fluid Exchange ideally needed after 30,000 miles. I used my car on best road , best driving and just for office purpose. Very dissatisfied by your service. If you want to change my view share the video/photos and show the real issues. Done now with Piercey and so with your service. Will definitely share my views with others.

Technically, i asked for multipoint inspection and did not receive a report. Technician tells me machine broken which is not acceptable. If you promis to provide a service and not deliver, you don’t have the right to charge your customer. Oil change can be done in any shop, reason to bring the car to Toyota service center is the attention to details but apparently that’s not what we get these days. Very unsatisfied with the quality of service and the behavior of the customer service. So unprofessional. I am not recommending this dealership to anyone
