This is my second visit and my be my last to Piercy. Both times have been with Mr. PATEL, this time I watched as he helped the gentleman in front of me all while his mask was either falling off his face or when he took it off completely. He finally put his mask on just as he was about to help me sitting at his work station. Also when my car was done I wwnt inside to tell him it was done and he told me her had another customer to check in amd then would help me. He helped that customer and then they walked away and I dont know where he went. I waited about 20 minutes for him not to return and spoke to the manager I believe about Mr. PATEL not wearing a mask and also waiting for foe my car watching it be done and no one helping me. The manager quickly gave me my paperwork but didn't even cover with me the findings of my car inspection.

To be honest no. I was promised a return time of 2 hours on the service and did not get the car back until 3 1/2 hours later. Diana was very rude and I had to have my husband call multiple times to get an update on the vehicle because Diana never responded back. Unfortunately even though we purchased the Highlander at Piercey and have not had issues in the past with the service I was really disappointed with the service I received this time.

At the end of my oil change my advisor waves me down to meet him at the cashier office and said nothing else. NOTHING!! Hands the cashier paperwork and walks away. Who does that?? Please mark my file to never have that advisor again! ! EVERY oil change I have ever received in my life I have had a service advisor inform me how my vehicle was running. What it may need in the future ect. From the minute I pulled in to the station I experienced the worst customer service I have ever had at a dealership. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. Advisors were helping cars behind behind me! I had to step out of my vehicle and flag a advisor down just to get noticed.
