Ricardo Villegas (advisor#1647) is the worst advisor I ever met. He is very tricky on putting the estimate service on the contract without my approval. I brought my car to maintenance as usual. Ricardo estimated all the service that he recommended like other advisor before, but he did not ask for my approval for the service like other advisor did. He did not mention anything about the service on contract but just ask me to sign. So I just sign the paperwork as usual, I didn’t even realize the service is already on the contract. I feel like I am being set up to paid for the service. When I was at the cashier, and trying to figure out what happen with Ricardo. He just keep saying that I signed the contract. I fully understand I signed the the contract, and I would pay for the service. But this is not how to make a customer to buy service. This is the worst experience I had in Toyota and I am very upset, I wouldn’t thought a company like Toyota would do this to trick a customer.

The work was completed one hour ahead of the promised time. That was great.
However, when I got home and checked the vehicle, I noticed from the engine oil dipstick that the engine had been overfilled: The oil level was about half of an inch above the maximum level mark. I hope you can make a correction on this issue.
