I bought my car at Piercey Toyota, Milpitis and have all servicing done at Piercey. I expect the advisor to know what regular maintenance my car needs and what my extended warranty entitles me to. I do not think that this happened. The advisor told me that the computer was slow. The whole drop off process took longer than I thought it should have.

Your tech forgot to reconnect our battery leading to car failure and a $85 boost. He could tell it had been disconnected in order to apply something to avoid corrosion. This is inexcusable. It could had lead to a dangerous situation
