the main issue i have is the inconsistency of masks worn properly amongst your employees. you have one person who wears a brace on his arm, wearing his mask covering his mouth only, walking throughout the main lobby and also inside a colleague’s office about 3 feet apart with 2 other employees. i see 4 mechanics walking out of the garage to a snap-tool truck - 2 wearing properly worn masks and the other 2 were not. and when i say they were not wearing a mask, it’s not even around their chins - it’s nowhere in sight. the receptionist who sits in the middle of the lobby, bent over, pulled her mask off, sneezed, and then as she returned to her sitting position, she puts on her mask. also, the person wiping down table tops and surfaces was using a surface cleaner without bleach.
we are over a year into this pandemic and what’s frustrating is the inconsistency of mask wearing and disinfecting.

As usual, I forgot to make my appointments for my oil change and service . However, today was the worst experience I have ever had. The took my car at 9:06am and my car was seating in the parking lot for 3hrs no one take care of my car till 12:07pm in the noon. When they said my car is ready at 1:14pm. I just want to verify what type of oils they use for my car. At that time is when I know they didn’t even change my car oil and I have to have for another 30-40 min. Well nothing much to said. Normally other ask me if I be waiting or go home and come back. Today he didn’t ask and wrote in my paper said “promise time is 1:30pm” But I don’t understand why it take took long when I told him I will be waiting for it and he know I’m waiting at the lobby.

The only problem i have to call due to the vehicle estimate hours to be done is over i dont get any falllow-up from her need more onother 30 mins or ect.i did call to book a shuttle but the shuttle deiver called me back saying my car not done he need to rebook later time even i said if 30min add on to the time to finish my car im okey to wait. But he rebook instead ro pick up early after i got call from Diana fast 2pm that the time i got rebook to the shuttle drivee i have to wait for 25min we arrived to the dealer around 2:38 i got my 2:54 pm that the reoson im late to work
