Patel who helped me out did not properly wear his mask (nose uncovered), was coughing pretty hard. When coworker next to him asked him to fully cover up, he responded with a snide remark over not needing to cover up his nose because he doesn't cough through his nose. I did hear him say he got the shot, but he was not fully covering his face.

I appreciated the service I had with Mike. I had an appointment @4:00 the day prior and the service tech who helped me ( not Mike, and I am unsure of their name) ) made it seem like it was my fault for scheduling the appointment late in the day. They informed me that they were backed up and wouldn’t be able to see my vehicle. They didn’t apologize and instead came off as condescending when they said “ well you did make an appointment during our last time option”, which in turn made me want to sarcastically say ( I didn’t) “ well what’s the point of having scheduled appointments at four for if your implying that you aren’t obligated to honor them?” So they rescheduled me and I was hesitant about keeping the appointment as they never once apologized. I have had good experiences at this location and have been happy to refer friends and family for service at this location. I have got burned way too many times from the Stevens creek location.. so I tell people to avoid it like the plague or to keep it modern, Corona. I was considering to schedule my service at another dealer however, I had a better experience this time and was happy Mike Tran was the person I interacted with. Mike was kind and friendly. This experience made me glad that I didn’t cancel and go with another dealership for my car service appointment.

This email is in regards to my service today. I've been coming to Piercey Toyota for my service since I got my Toyota 4Runner and have been overall happy with the service I have gotten. However, today's service was one of the worst experiences I've had.
1) I had an appointment for 9:30a. I showed up and was almost ignored until I flagged down an employee. This was even after I was told to pull up;
2) This was for a 55K mile service which was very basic. Not even an oil change was needed, but I wanted at least my tires rotated and agreed to a rebalancing and alignment;
3) For almost 6 hours I don't hear back and had to call in twice to just be told you guys haven't even gotten to my truck yet (what is the point of having an appointment!?). Needing my truck back, I had to tell them to cancel the rebalancing and alignment.
4) I finally get my truck back around 3p. My tires haven't even been rotated. The only thing the tech did was check fluid levels. You wasted my entire day keeping me without my vehicle and didn't do anything to it.
This was by far the worst service I have ever gotten at any dealership. I paid for an 85k mile service package and in my view one service has just been wasted. I hope there is something you guys can do to rectify this failed service for me today.
