rude service advisor and dishonest technician. The advisor didn't seem willing to help me resolve my problem one bit and the technician wouldn't even run diagnostics to see what the problem was. Instead he lied about my dashcam being on all the time causing battery drain when I know for a fact that that's not the case because I set the dashcam to turn off immediately once the car shuts off.

I had the best first experience with the Toyota of Milpitas service team! Ken the Director, answered my call when I called in the morning and helped me answer all my questions! He was so nice and even greeted me as I picked up my vehicle. My service advisor Jasvir, was extremely helpful and courteous too. The service associate who brought me my car was also so kind. Everyone was wonderful and make my day.
Unfortunately, the same issue with my vehicle not starting happened last night :( going to call Ken to get his feedback soon.

Mr. Purval Patel was friendly & polite. I had a flat tire that was not repairable . Mr Patel told me how to utilize my warranty on the tires I recently bought from PIERCEY Toyota. I was really relieved to find out I didn’t have to pay the full price of a new tire. I can’t afford to buy a new tire currently so Mr Patel gave me peace of mind. I have had my vehicle serviced here as it is right around the corner from my home and it always seems like Toyota is doing me a favor. I am bringing my business to you. I can go anywhere to get my vehicle serviced but due to location and convenience I come here. Simple things like remembering that the customer asked for the vehicle to be washed is important. I realize the Detailing Dept is not open but if you say you are going to wash the vehicle, the customer shouldn't have to remind you. I have had an electrical problem and Piercey doesn't seem to be too worried about it. The Tech was unable to find the problem. The Sales rep at the time seemed to only care if it was under warranty. Also I emailed about a rental car and got no response. I like the brand Toyota and that's probably the only reason I will come back.
