Purval Patel provided exceptional customer service but why make appointments if the customer has to wait such long hours, toyota management needs to get to bottom of this, figure out the root cause and resolve this issue.

Always happy with the service EXCEPT today. I could say the WORST experience related to very poor communication among the advisor and the shuttle driver. They had us waiting for than an hour from initial time of pick up which was 1255... the advisor was not texting back after several attempts to contact via txt and voice call! We ended up calling an UBER ride around 130pm. We held off on our lunch so we can be right on time when the driver arrives.. NOBODY cared
To give updates or info to why or how. UNPROFESSIONALS to say the least. When we arrived at the service center.. the advisor said “oh i wasnt looking at my text messages... let me look at it right now”! I mean seriously? ..went to the manager mike... excuses given were : absent employees due to vaccines.. the advisor was new... apparently i could utilize lfyt.. but hey .. was i given that option beforehand? Of course not.. coz nobody cared to update me ! We waited frustrated and hungry while these persons linger on their lunch breaks and what not. IF NOT FOR MY SERVICE PLAN.. i would NEVER set foot on this center again! And if i come back... i will steer clear away from this advisor .
