it took a really really long time and I was never sent the text updates including the inspection video that I was promised. I didn’t know what was done on my car. I had to go up to people and ask everyte to get update or to have them go fetch my car. Not at par with the service I have received at other Toyota Service centers. I won’t be returning

Everything was a great experience.
I showed up 20 minutes past my appointed time and was not given a hard time due to my tardiness.
I was able to show up, talk to my representative, given a quote, time estimate, handed over my keys, and was on my way home all within 5 minutes of showing up. My representative also happened to be Vietnamese, and it was a very welcomed experience being able to talk to a rep with my native language and have very friendly and informative experience in a fast and seamless exchange of services. I highly recommend Mike Tran and am very satisfied with the services that I received. I am not from the Bay Area, yet I would definitely visit this dealership again due to my ease and lack of stress with this encounter.
