Took my truck to Dealer after bad experience with few shop, thinking about you guys will do complete and theoretical diagnostic and I got same result that I got from a small shop. Drive away 8 miles from dealer or shop and check engine light came back!

My car was ready at 10:30 & the number on the service database was outdated & the service person didn't ask me if my contact numbers were good. I called at 1pm only to find out about this issue. Funny thing is I purchased my car from this dealership. So I think there a glitch in your system, my new contact should have been update the day I purchase my new car. Thank you

The Service Rep was rude and was not willing to help. I have been coming to your dealership for service even though I am only 3 miles away from Autowest. He lied to Service manger about our conversation. He also quoted me a price about 120,000 miles service which was 1.5 times your web advertised service. How can a customer trust such a person. I never had thus kind of experience at any dealership before.
