My advisor was Ricardo. He does NOT know his job. My main concern was the dettached rubber molding that was not addressed. Ive never complained much but Ive returned twice for my biannual maintenance (6 months after) and same thing was informed to me when returning from waiting hours on the service that nothing as been done to it. He even did NOT know if the part was resolved, he just said that I needed myself to check on it. I should have done buying the parts while the service was ongoing. He should better communicate.
