Customer service has really gone down hill. I’m not impressed with the service anymore. When my free service runs out, I’m going elsewhere. The technician videos are a nice touch but I can’t hear or understand a thing. Second, I’m asking to sign paper work for service on my vehicle without any explanation of what service is being done to my car. Having a “severity medium” on my paper work as a default is plain criminal. It’s not not medium severity, don’t put it down. I had a simple tire rotation, fluid top off and multi point inspection on a ‘21 vehicle with 5 k service.

As one of the concerns, I asked the representative to look into the discolored piece of plastic next to the HOLD button (which was originally there from the time I bought the car) and solve the issue. However, they simply replied that I tried to clean that part by TOWEL and Ethanol and that's the reason why the discolored part appeared! I honestly thought that response was disrespectful! The reason that I never brought this up was simply because it was not a big deal for me from the first moment I noticed that, and I just wanted to bring it up at the first service so if possible they can fix the problem. That was the only part that was a disappointing experience I had today.

I have been servicing my Toyota Sienna at your dealership. I bought a used Lexus and went for oil change today. I had an oil change coupon from your website for $44.95. I was told that the coupon will not work & that I will get a $5 discount only because it's a Lexus. The oil type was identical and I am pretty certian the oil filter between Lexus & Toyota are most of the time interchangeable. I was hoping to establish one service place for both my vehicles. I guess Piercey Toyota does not want my Lexus business - too small for large dealership. Just one request, on your website please make it load & clear you service only Toyota vehicles and not Lexus so that others do not have the same experience. Thanks

Testing the battery seems a simple process. And when I asked Mr. Singh how long it would take he said 20 minutes. Instead I was waiting for nearly an hour. It took too long. I am satisfied that I received a replacement battery since it was under warranty.

When I was taking my car out I saw system not installed error while using navigation. Your advisor told me it is nothing to do with work they done. I had only one problem key battery was low or car had issue with start I ask advisor he told me they will do loan run for me but started get this system not installed error When I ask advisor he told me I should go for diagnosing service for 190 Why should I do oil change at your place to in first place
