Purval is wonderful. He was my service advisor a few weeks ago for the routine service of my Camry and I checked up on the fuel pump recall. He advised that it was not yet finalized and he would contact me when it was finalized. He held up to his word. He contacted us a few days ago to schedule the appointment for the recall work and was able to get us in within a few days. Very much appreciate Purval’s superb service.
