I bought my car there and I would think that the free lifetime oil changes would be in the system but you guys tried to charge me for that service and it was only by chance that I caught it. The service was done quicker than promised so that was nice. I am frustrated by Honda’s inability to adequately address the frequent gas overflow situation—is Honda going to buff out the gas stain that is developing on the side of my car and pay me for the lost gas that spills out almost every time I fill up my gas tank?
