Service provider was not very personable, does not make eye contact, seems to be overwhelmed!!!! However work performed was up to the usual high performance!!

The same problem that I needed fixed on the vehicle existed when I picked it up. I turned it back in for service. They told me the rpms would fluctuate for a break in period of 500 miles. The reason I turned it in for service was because I feel it is a safety issue when the car jumps when placed into gear. I don’t believe this type of issue warrants any type of break in period.

The service was excellent. I did not like the inconsistency on the service of the free oil change and tire rotation with my contract. I was told the tire rotation was no longer free. This was the first time I was told that. Makes me wonder about what else could change.

I was not satisfied with the FINISHING TOUCH service on my red civic hatchback. Your workers left swirl marks all over my hood along with small scratches. My vehicle has spots of residue that was not polished. After having my vehicle for two days I was truly hoping for my vehicle to look amazing and it was not. Very disappointed.

I had a defective shock. It took two trips to take care of this. I was told the other one would probably go out too, but it won’t be relplace until it breaks. I gave up two of my days to come in. This should have been taken care of so I wouldn’t have to come back. This is a new car. I expected better quality from Honda.

There are two items on the Multi point V.I. I was made aware of the Air/Pollen Filters. When I made it home I noticed the under hood portion. I was alarmed. When I checked under the hood I could clearly see upon a slight glance the fluids were low. This section was not mentioned to me at all. I think the fluids levels should be more important or at least as important as the filters. What say you?
