Though Justin did notify that without an appointment, the wait time of my car’s oil change was around 2-2:30 hours. It was far longer than that ,as I waited over four hours and even after my car was serviced, I was not notified of the completion of my car’s oil change. Yet, despite the immense wait time, the customer service was splendid and I will continue to have my car serviced at this location, but will schedule appointments for now on.

I waited for almost three hours just for oil change and tire rotation. I was told three times that it was taking longer because they were wasting my car, and at the end they told me that the washing machine was broke and couldn’t don it. I appreciate the job that you guys do, but it is not acceptable that for just oil change you guys take so long.

First of all, I paid for the lifetime oil changes when purchased the car and I do believe it was taxed then ! Now I am being charged taxes again ! Second I was told that my wait time would be 2 hours! I was ok with that ! But was texted an hour early that my car was ready! But WASN'T! Third I paid my bill then waited another 30 minutes until I had to ask for my car ! Lastly my car was filled with water instead of windshield washer fluid! NOT HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE THIS TIME AROUND! I am thinking I will start paying some place else for my oil changes from now on !!!!!!!!!!

After receiving the email that my car was ready to be picked up, I still waited about 1.5 hours after that before it was actually ready. In total took 3 hours for an oil change.

Our vehicle was dropped off in the morning to check and repair,
Contact cell was provided for the estimate and for authorization but
We were not contacted until the service closed. The next day we arrived
at the service department found out our vehicle was not repaired and it was very disappointed. Per the other advisor message was left
but no message was on the cell. The next day, spoke to another
Advisor and request to do the repair but since it is the weekend Saturday
Parts can’t be ordered until Monday. This experience was very disappointing for us since we could have gotten the info Friday morning and ordered the parts needed instead of few days after. We had to get a Rent-A-Car
we’ve been going to this service department for many years and been satisfied but this experience made us unhappy.

Jesse **** was condescending throughout the whole experience.
From the time of leaving my vehicle his tone was very short and uniformative. I? ask questions like any concerned customer . Jesse **** seemed to be bothered by them . I? had to call in several times in a span of 4 days to be informed about the progress after renting a vehicle at my expense the first day. At the end of day 3 I? requested a supervisor . John was pleasant ,clear and straightforward.
