Firstif all I have a lifetime of free oil changes but they charged. Me, second I waited for an hour to get me car washes after they told me that it was ready. Luckily I caught the charge on my bill and they did credit my account. They wanted to send me away without my receipt after I asked if they charged me for the oil change. Not a good experience!

I went in for a B1 service and they took care of me in less time that they quoted me. The only thing is that they didn't clean the oil spilled on the frame when they removed the oil filter. When I parked in my garage I had to wipe it down with a rag because it was still dripping. Other that that I always go here to get my Honda service.

Diamond Valley Honda in Hemet has the best service ever! The employees are the reason why clients want to go back! Justin has excellent customer service. Another employee O'Neil made sure I got my car as soon as it was ready so I didn't have to wait around with my 2 year old!
