Asked to have my navigation maps updated with scheduled servicing for my 2017 Ridgeline. A message on my nav system says they are over a year old and should be updated. Purchase of my truck included five free updates to the nav maps. It was added to the work order. When I picked the car up, the summary of work performed/bill showed the following, "Unable to perform map update." No reason/explanation given, nor contact made to inform me as to why the update cannot be performed.

Justin was great!
But, the service tech, left grease on the hood of my car, and on the door handle. Which I thought was unprofesional. Also, my back bumper has a small scratch on it, that was not there before I took the car in for service.
