I wish i would have gotten a wash with my oil change. I also wish there was a maintenance plan i could purchase to take care of future oil changes

Car wash didn’t work, I mentioned electrical issues with the stereo and it feels like it went unheard.. we are being charged 1.75 for our oil changes that have been included in our contract previously. I understand they say the government is responsible for that but Honda should pay it not me. Other than that the young man was very professional towards the end and mentioned my tires needed to be changed which I appreciated.

I call two days before to schedule and oil change,my appointment was at 12:30 I got there a 5 min before and the estimated time was 1hr and 30 min for oil change,car wash and tire rotation 2hrs past and they were only able to do a oil change so I'm not sure what is the point to schedule and appointment if you still need to wait more than 2hrs for a 15min job. They just don't care about customer services .Hope some one can do something about it ????
