After purchasing my car last year (preowned 2014 CRV) I noticed the windshiled wiper wasn't completely wiping the passenger's side and I brought the car in right away. At that time the technician told me this was just part of the design and there was nothing they could do. This has been an ongoing and VERY frustrating problem and when I brought my car in for routine servicing today I mentioned it again. The service tech, Justin Amezquita, immediately identified the problem as a bent wiper. Not at all happy with the service tech from last year, but grateful Justin told me the truth and corrected the problem. Will continue to come to DVH for all my needs.
