For years I have avoided the dreaded dealerships as incompetent and out to take advantage of the customer. I have yet to have that experience with your dealership. Mike is a great example of allowing the customer to note what they have tried to do to fix a problem. He listened and then when asked for an approximate cost he provided one. The 2003 Pilot was fixed. While your team was professional, an added perk was seeing how well they got along.
