All of the employees that I talked to were very nice and helpful. The work done to the car was great. I wish the oil change and tire rotation would have been less than 45 minutes. It was great that my representative tried his best to decrease the amount of time of my service.

Superficially friendly with little eye contact or interest. My real issue was not being told at any point that there were major concerns with my tires. I had to ask the cashier who said they were "really bad". Had I not asked, no one would've cared. It made us wonder if Honda remotely cared about our business. The whole experience felt dysfunctional.
