Mike Carrasco provided prompt and courteous service. I brought my new CRV in for a tailgate noise problem. Mike told me they were busy but he would have me out of there as soon as possible. After writing the service order, Mike drove my car into the shop; found the problem and had me out of there in about 30 minutes. He ordered a tailgate lift motor to replace the one making noise on my CRV. I was very pleased with Mike's caring attitude as well as his knowledge and professionalism.
