Upon arrival I was asked if I wanted a car wash. I answered yes. The appointment was at 10:00 am. I didn’t leave till nearly 1. Three hours for an oil change and tire rotation? Really? There was zero effort to contact or find me at the dealership. I was asked if I was going to wait for the car. Again I answered yes. Either the service advisor paid absolutely no attention to my answers or made a conscious decision to ignore my answers and me. Completely dissatisfied with the service I got today.
