Can I trade in my new 2018 CRV with 800 miles for my
old 2015 CRV. it was a much better car.
Also your leasing department is asking me for a final
payoff on my old 2015 CRV, but after 5 leases, we never had such a payment.
Please be sure the sales department clears this up with the leasing dept.

I was told I needed a brake fluid service. I was also told that if I found a coupon from another dealer they would price match. I found one for $89. I showed the gentlemen helping me and the other service guys leaned in to look at the coupon and laughed saying the coupon is from a dealership in Texas. I didn’t know it was from Texas I just looked up Honda dealership brake service coupon. The gentlemen wasn’t specific so I didn’t think it mattered. Anyway, what upset me was the fact that the other service guys had to **** in when I wasn’t even speaking to them. I personally didn’t like that because they weren’t the one helping me and they still made commentary like “not like you’d drive to Texas for that service, so u have to find one in CA”.
The second thing that made my visit unpleasant was finding out that the tire roation price changed twice.
About two services ago it was $34.99 and today they told me it was $24.99. I’m glad it’s back to the normal price but it doesn’t feel good that I was charged more the last time for Honda to just decrease again.
