This is Lance and I am the one doing the review on this visit. My wife went to drop our kids off for school in the morning and had to make a stop first. When she came back to the car the battery was dead and had her call road side service. My dad got the car started and she drove straight to Honda to have the battery replaced if that’s what went bad. Honda tested the battery and alternator and said both were good and they were going to send my wife on her way. My wife called me and had me talk to the associate and they told me they couldn’t find anything wrong and was going to send my wife on her way. I asked the associate if he would let his wife drive the car away if it was her and he told me no, he would leave the car with them. My wife had a lot of stuff to do and a lot of running around so I asked him if she could get a rental car that is in our contract and he said no, they can not give her one. I can’t believe they would send a car back out that they wouldn’t want their love ones to do. They took it back to test it again and the battery failed. We have had our car in the dealership more times than we could count with issues. The battery was just past the warrentee by just 1000 miles but still within the years. We paid for a new battery and they put it in but the way the associate treated us was not how I would want my employee to treat others. He was nice to my wife but didn’t want to take the time to see what was wrong and was going to sent her on her way. So overall I was not happy at all with our visit.

I’m always impressed about customer service, they always just get the job done without a fuss. Love the waiting rooms and will always come back here. Keep up the customer service!
