I was originally assisted by another representative who wasn't as efficient as Justin himself. I originally came for regular service on my vehicle then I mentioned there was a part that I needed, the first representative told me the part wasn't in stock and I would have to wait for it to be ordered. I instructed him to order as well as have the car checked out while it was in service. When everything was done, I asked if the part had been ordered and if they were able to verify that's all it needed, no one had any idea what I was talking about until Justin stepped in, he immediately took ownership of the interaction and told me I would be taken care of. He checked and it turns out the part was already in stock, which shocked me, but Justin was able to get me all taken care of and scheduled the appointment. These are the differences between a staff member who was too lazy to do his job and and effective staff member who knows exactly how to do his job.

The customer service was very much appreciated. Communication with the staff is phonimal. I am glad to be a Honda owner and the customer service is a huge bonus. I will refer Honda to all my family and friends.

Came in for an oil change and drove down the road.
Not more than 2 minutes heard a noise and looked
In the rear view mirror and noticed something fell off
Our vehicle. Turns out it was the oil pan cover that someone
For got to screw back on. Now, after being there for 2
Hours we had to wait another 20 minutes or so for
Them to put it on properly. The clerk was very apologetic
and asked if there was anything he could do but at that time
we just wanted to get out of there.

My service was excellent as always this is why I bring my car here however I did have quite a few issues with the detail Department when I purchased my car it was not clean the pro pack was not put on I had to bring it back to be cleaned and put the pro pack installation the detail Department said that they cleaned the car and did not I took photos of it I believe when you purchase a new vehicle you should drive off the lot with it looking like a new vehicle and mine did not the first time or the second time I left the lot I was a little disappointed in detail I own three cars currently which I bought within this last year and each time I bring it in for detail it's never good so I stopped I'm very disappointed in the detail Department
