An hour and a half for an oil change when you made an appointment. Another customer had the same problem. Not good for business!

I was not greeted, given an eta on when it might be done, service agent barely said anything before or after the oil change was complete, no coffee in the lobby waiting area, my car was not and couldnt have been actually looked over, the guy didnt go over what was done to my car and didnt give any info as to what may need to be looked at next, tire pressure light came on 10 minutes after leaving the lot. The customer service was a joke and deffinitly did not feel like me or my car was in good hands.

3 hrs wait for tire rotation and oil change. It seems like nobody cares. It would have been ok if somebody have a courtesy to inform us what’s going on. I went to check and staff were chitchating and seemed to be annoyed that I enquired when our vehicle will be done. The only thing he told me is “ I got your paper works just wait for it”. Such a nice service right... for gracious sake it’s almost 1pm we need to eat lunch! Who cares anyway.

Personal service was fine, but we had a dead battery tonight, after the inspection said our battery was good. We are not sure why this would be as the car is still fairly new. We would like to see if something that was done at the dealership today contributed to this. We don’t want to buy a new battery if the one we have is fine. We will call Monday morning to follow up.
