Excellent customer service.

I was disappointed that after asking to have the steering wheel set level (a result of it being set crooked when I had my clutch replaced at DVH several months ago), that it was delivered still not level. Also, the tire pressure was uneven and I had to put air in the tires and reset the TPMS. Not what I had hoped for.

I am a loyal customer and a combat veteran. Sharlene Lewis is seriously awesome! I was completely satisfied with the service she gave me. She was very professional and fun to talk to. A breath of fresh air in the hectic day to day. I’ll be looking for her next time I need service on my vehicle. Couldn’t be happier with the service Sharlene provided!!!
