I took my 2017 CR-V in for an oil change a few months ago. When I got it back we could hear a rattling noise in the back. After about a month I noticed one of the tires was not right, so I decided to take it back again. I was told it needed to be aligned, Mechanics took care of that. Then after driving it for some time my low tire pressure light comes on. When I check the tires I noticed the tires were all worn out. My vehicle had less than 25,000 miles. Now, the dealership service department is fixing the problem but expect me to pay for the tires. If the problem would have been fixed the first time I wouldn’t need to purchase new tires. I bought all the guarantees offered, but I have to wait for Honda approval. I purchase Honda because they are reliable vehicles. This experience is certainly making rethink future purchase.
