Mr **** was cool a bit off not the friendliest service writer I’ve met. I was disappointed in the fact that he didn’t help me with getting my oil change comped as I was just a few hundred miles over the 24,000 mile limit I guess you set on the free one. I didn’t know that there was a limit as my oil life of 15% did come on at the appropriate mileage however I couldn’t make it to my first appointment so I had to reschedule for a week later or so. Also he never mentioned about the possible recall I have on my Accord so I still don’t know what to do about that.

Angela was polite and professional. I do not know where the breakdown was. Maybe whenever a customer comes in with a recall on the wiring for the backup camera on a Honda Ridgeline or another vehicle there should be a question that shows up to ask whether there is any kind of a wheelchair cart or a bicycle rack on the back of the vehicle. As you know a simple call once they found that the bike rack was on the back would have allowed me to come down and within 5 minutes put the hitch on my Jeep or into my Jeep or into any other vehicle and you would have been able to complete the recall. I'm not sure where the breakdown is but that should be able to be determined my diamond valley Honda. I personally as an exactly vice President of a corporation would not fire anybody unless some of your people have had this issue several times over but I would make sure that I did the training with the people that need the training. Training is the answer

This service I spent $$$ more but didn’t get a wash. There were greased smudges on car door. But for the most part service Rep. & tune -up was good.
