She took great care of me! They also found a brake pad that wasnt wearing properly and were able to fix it.

Today I was impressed how professional the employees were in helping me with not only my car but my walker in and out the door, put my car key back on the ring for me. The report for maintenance I didn’t feel like they were out trying to get my money. I was very happy from the time I stepped in to the time for me to lease was all professional.

I was planning on waiting for my car there in the lobby but the lady that helped me said it would take 3 hours so I decided to take the shuttle back home. I got a call about an hour later that my car was ready, smh. I had no ride back so I told her can I get the shuttle to pick me up and she said he had gone for the day...at 11 am and he's gone for the day!!! I did notice no vehicles waiting to be serviced in parking area so I made me think why 3 hours. Bad customer service from the lady that helped me.
