Lack of communication on many levels. I was told car would be worked on as soon as I arrived but that was not the case. I also was not informed that the car needed to be less than half full of fuel. Also, I asked if I would received a proof of correction document which I was told I would and of course when I was there, the dealer “ran out of” the specific paper. Very frustrated with the experience.
