I am completely satisfied with carlos's help. I think it's a system problem, not a person problem. When I come in to get my car serviced. Is there any recalls etc. I want them taken care of. And if I have any other questions I would like them addressed. I'm in healthcare. I hate when people come in with them really and different concerns. My car I'm kind of used to the dealership. Just saying okay you need this or we recommend this so if you recommend it and 3 months I'm going to just do it now. Because I'm there. So this happened the last time I was there too. They said oh we thought you should get a friend alignment which I actually don't need but I get it. But if you think I needed one tell me I would have gotten one done. But I got fine. Tired and I got a new tire. Sorry being honest but Carlos was amazing and I don't want him to get in trouble for this cuz it's a system problem. Surveys are kind of a setup cuz if you say something bad about somebody you feel bad even though it's not their fault. And my window doesn't roll up all the time when it's cold but nobody cares because even though I have a video of it, it doesn't matter. Why doesn't it matter? It's been happening since two Winters ago. And I have a video of it but nobody cares. So at some point I'll just get it fixed somewhere. I'm not sure where. I am losing faith in the dealership. And my daughter bought a car from you. My son bought a car from you and I really recommended you to people. I'm kind of disappointed style LXP

I love my Honda, my experience with Honda of Hemet has always been on point and top notch. My experienced during my purchase was so smooth, easy and pleasant. There after, all of my follow up appointments for maintenance have been nothing but easy, attention todetaile, I’m very professional. Definitely give you guys kudos on your Sale staff and service department staff, definitely give you guys five stars.

Carlos Andrade was fantastic throughout in communication and customer service. He walked us to our car and much to my daughter’s amazement he opened her door for Her and waited to Make sure everything was right when the car started before he left.

All good but your price to put in an air filter is completely crazy. Price for part good but service charge is ridiculous. .

Alignment is off, dent in my hood, when I reverse and turn righ, noise still persists. Thought I’d give it a few days with the noise since it’s only been 2 days that I got my car back. I appreciate Angela G for all her help!

So today was a long day. I had my oil changed then some bigger maintenance jobs were needed and as always Ulysis put me at ease and my husband agreed to doing a payment plan so we did and I’m feeling sooo much better. The shuttle took me home and picked me up. Ulysis always makes me feel sooo sure of everything he’s such a gem! Just love that young man! He’s so sweet. ????????
