They forgot about my car and I had to wait a whole day to get it back just to get a recall done that they had already rescheduled me 3× for .
First time they canceled due to them not having the part while I was already there and the second time they canceled due to power outage and now this third time they forgot about my vehicle and I had to wait till the next day to get the recall done due to it being my only day off that week.

The overall service was good, and I appreciate the support provided. However, the wait time for the shuttle service was an inconvenience. I noticed there was only one shuttle driver available, which made the experience less efficient. I recommend that Honda consider hiring more drivers to better accommodate customers who request rides home. Thank you.

Brandon was great but the cost to repair what I feel is faulty design is incomprehensible. $495.00 dollars to repair a visor is absurd. My daughter’s Honda also has a broken visor. Obviously something is wrong with the design. I don’t feel that the consumer should have to pay to repair it.

The service was good but 4 hours for oil change ,tire rotation, and battery check. I had to go out and see my car was ready myself. I believe I would still be there waiting. Somebody dropped the ball. I don't even think my tires were rotated by looking at them.
